Tobacco Cessation Program
The tobacco cessation program through Firelands Center for Coordinated Care supports all tobacco users, including those managing chronic health conditions related to tobacco use.
The program offers sessions with a trained tobacco treatment specialist through individual or group counseling, group class, telephonic counseling, or a combination at various locations.
Why is a tobacco cessation program needed?
Tobacco is the leading cause of preventable death. On average, every cigarette smoked takes 11 minutes off your life. The tobacco cessation program helps individuals who want to quit tobacco but may not be able to accomplish the goal without support.
